Walkers Rest at The Hayloft - The Brecon Beacons

Nestled in the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, this recent addition to an (ex) 1800s pub is a cosy yet spacious self catering space. Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

A beautiful space in picturesque surroundings.

The property is located approximately half a mile (about a 10 minute walk) from Twyn Square in the centre of Usk town, which has many pubs shops and eateries. The bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen and there are 2 good sized bedrooms overlooking the front garden. There are many breathtakingly beautiful walks on the doorstep. Access is along a single track lane leading to a private parking area for 1-2 cars. Strictly no parking on the lane please, because it is a public right of way.

High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Welcome to Treveddw Farm Cabin. The Cabin can sleep 4, (one sleeping on a single airbed, bedding provided). I would suggest it is too small a space for 4 adults, but your choice entirely. The farm is a perfect base for walking and touring from. There is a small secure garden. Dogs are most welcome (2 small or 1 large, 1 small). Please don’t leave your dogs unattended in the cabin at anytime. Wifi can be very patchy due to our location.

Waterloo Too - Guest house in a wildlife paradise

One mile from Raglan this little house is seriously comfortable. A great base for anyone visiting the Welsh borders. It has its own garden but there is plenty more garden, a pond and an orchard to explore and relax in. The wildlife and night skies here are spectacular! Well equipped with a huge sofa, WiFi, TV and Netflix. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. If there is anything you need just ask the owner who lives next door.
