This theme of history, industry, and luxury sets this apart from anything you will find. From exposed stone walls, 100-year-old stained concrete floors, to the custom marble shower, you will immediately feel at home. Furthermore, you are steps away from the brewery, restaurants and parks. Also, a short drive to lakes and rivers.
