Charming Georgian period Coach House in Bath

Our coach house is 10 minutes from Bath city centre with its world heritage sites and high quality entertainment, cuisine and shopping. It's a detached building in the garden of our property. You’ll love the cosy cottage feel, and our warm and friendly welcome. It's a really convenient location with local shops, free and secure off road parking and frequent bus links to the city. Our place is good for couples, solos, for short breaks or tourists. By arrangement we can accommodate extra guests.

Beautifully presented, newly built, bright and airy contemporary cottage. Great location, perfect for exploring Bath and surrounding countryside. 2 very comfortable ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. Open plan stairs into the loft bedroom. Quiet, small cul de sac lane. Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground at the end of the lane, 30 seconds away. The Shepherd’s Hut, Bath

In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. It is fully equipped with: Double bed TV Underfloor heating Bose bluetooth speaker Free WiFi Toilet and shower room with shampoo and shower gel Microwave Single hob Toaster & kettle Iron and ironing board Coffee & tea Breakfast cereals, our own free range eggs, bread, butter, jams and juices

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up the trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Co-op and a Deli are a short walk away in the village.
