Beautiful modern finishes, very clean and comfortable, large windows and 9 ft ceilings don't even make it feel like a basement. Coy Ave is centrally located in the city, minutes to downtown and the river. So many great eating establishments and things to do in the area. Bus stop is also very close to the house. We are confident you will enjoy your stay!
