Situated at the top end of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance and parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

The Shepherds Hut lies hidden away in an idyllic and private location nestling in open farmland and yet is situated only 1.5 miles from the surf at Polzeath.
