Upon arrival you'll be stunned by the views from the living room, a background to the ultimate romantic or peaceful retreat -- and right on the East Coast 250 route too! Enjoy a glass of red wine by the log burner during a winter storm or a G&T in the summer, listening to the sounds of the harbour. This property is recently renovated with 2 double bedrooms. I hope you enjoy the combination of modern and traditional design -- I enjoyed restoring the original doors, wooden floorboards and beams.

Nestled in the beautiful Glen Isla in the heart of Speyside, the Tin Shed is an idyllic glamping hut built in the style of the mountain bothies that pepper the hills. The Tin Shed is only a short drive to the Moray coast with its stunning beaches. Castles, great walks and over 40 whisky distilleries within 30 minutes drive. The local area is also an amazing place to watch wildlife with red squirrels, red deer, pine martens, osprey and dolphins a common sight. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!

Cosy, homely, private cottage in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. Light the log burner and sit back to relax. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
