Fantastisk lækker og hyggelig lejlighed på 72 kvm. med 2 rummelige soveværelser, komplet køkken, stor, skøn østvendt terrasse med bjergudsigt. Lejligheden er total renoveret juli/august 2022. Lejligheden er en del af det private og rolige Demelza Beach kompleks med hele 3 swimmingpools, børnepool og en lille restaurant. I nærheden indenfor gåafstand findes 3 strande, Playa del Cura, Tauro og Amadores, Tauro Golfbanen, samt et center med et stort supermarked og flere gode restauranter og barer.

Mira Sunshine Suite is a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace looking onto the beach of Playa Del Cura. The apartment is newly renovated and completely equipped. It has one double bed and two single beds. There are comfortable sunbeds on the terrace and an acclimatized swimming pool in the complex. There is air-conditioner, wifi, smart TV, and a private garage. The beach is 5 min walk (with elevator). The golf course is close. Playa del Cura beach is one of the nicest beaches.

Apartment Finca Toledo

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
