This one-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor and has a great view of the ocean. The unit has a modern open-plan living area with dining table, kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate bedroom, bathroom with double vanity and shower and a balcony complete this unit. Furthermore there is a large pool and sundeck in the garden of the property, which is shared with the other 3 units.
The unit has an off-street private parking behind the building.

The property is beautifully located on the hills of Ponta do Sol, the sunniest and warmest part of Madeira, with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a comfortable 40-minute drive from the airport, and is 5 minutes by car to the quaint and vibrant village of Ponta do Sol, where you will find restaurants, pubs, a pebble beach, supermarket and petrol station. Ribeira Brava and Calheta are about 15 minutes away.
It is advisable to hire a car in Madeira to ensure you maximise the beautiful mountainous landscape. Scooters are also available for rent from STAY Madeira Island, located in the village of Ponta do Sol.
