Situated in rural Preston close to the coast & river Wyre the location is perfect for walkers with Blackpool illuminations just a short drive away. There is easy access to Lancaster & the beautiful Lake District. Given its rural location driving is a must, a parking space is situated next to the bungalow.

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. The beams in the bedroom are all numbered and originate from a ship. These beams are from the 1200 century. This property is pet friendly. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove.
