Situated within the grounds of a late 16th century former dairy farm. With a 10 minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre, 15 minutes to Warwick town centre and approximately 25 minutes to Royal Leamington Spa. We are located behind security gates with parking for 2 vehicles. It is a small but beautiful space with traditional open beams and exposed brickwork. Complete with modern appliances; fully equipped kitchen, luxurious mattress, a sofa bed, soft furnishings and ample lighting.

The Art Studio

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets.
