A hidden gem Annexe in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. A short distance from all amenities, forest walks and sightseeing. Private entrance with large secure parking area and electric gates. A cosy gas centrally heated area with a double bed, settee, kitchen area and shower room. It is very light and airy with five windows. The area is very quiet next to open fields. There is secure facilities for cycles. A small private balcony with comfortable seating. 3 min to Wood.

The Rookery Cottage - Newland

The Cottage is a converted stable, the original building is 150 years old. It's been sympathetically converted to provide well equipped comfortable accommodation. There's a private courtyard garden by a brook. Centrally heated, a combi boiler provides hot water. All on one level. There's a double/twin bedded room, ensuite shower room, bathroom cabinet can be linked with bluetooth to play music or listen to a podcast whilst you shower! Small dogs are welcome let me know if you're bringing one.

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves.
