The annex is part of the main house, however it has its own access and amenities that include off road parking. 15 min drive from the foot of Mt.Snowdon. Ideal location to explore North Wales and UNESCO World Heritage Slate landscape. 10min drive to the beach at Dinas Dinlle, the picturesque villages of Beddgelert, Betws Y Coed, Portmeirion and the Isle of Anglesey only a short drive away.

Ty Godro is a converted detached cow shed situated on an old Farm near Caernarfon. The Farm has been renovated over the last 19 years by the Williams family.
