A spacious and comfortable apartment (120 square meters) with a green private terrace (90 square meters) close to the Copacabana beach (500 meters) and ideally located in Copacabana's heart to visit Rio. We bought this apartment to the worldwide famous Brazilian writer, Paulo Coelho, who lived here in the 80's, while writing " The alchemist " which made him famous ... Absolutely no visitors are allowed in the building, except my guests without any exception. Moreover it's not a place to party.
