This is a newly renovated unit. Very cozy atmosphere. Brand new Queen size (firm) bed. New Keurig coffee machine and new utensils, pots and pans. We have a brand new smart tv that features around 50 channels (Roku).

Warm and cozy, the bathroom is right next to room, and shared with one or two other persons. Window faces the backyard where giant green trees provide a safe and private environment. We are located in an upper end neighborhood in a great location.
