Located a few blocks from the neighborhood's private beach and pier. Age 25+, Max Occupancy 8 adults. The neighborhood charges a $100 fee for 8 people to use the pool for a week.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins, tv, X-box and board games to keep the kids happy! The living room has tv and Queen fold out couch. Tiki bar has a ping-pong table, washer pit and outdoor tv. Washer and Dryer.
