I have a cat as well as a few reptiles. I allow to cat to come and go as he pleases by leaving the window open. You are welcome to shut it!
The complex is named The Madison at Roosevelt and is a gated complex. I will have a fob for gate access and a key for the apartment for you to use.

One of the pools in the complex is extremely close to the front door! Easily walkable. There are also two gas stations within walking distance and a Walmart just across the street. There is ample dining options within a quarter mile from the apartment complex. Clearwater beach about 20-30 minute drive. 30-45 minutes to Tampa. 20-30 minutes to Tampa airport. 5-10 minutes to Clearwater airport.
