Living area offers a 19" smart TV with antenna for local stations. Lovely view of Scott's Creek on the Elizabeth River. Recently added a private sitting area by the dock to enjoy sunsets on Scott's Creek. Our location is walking distance to Naval Hospital and Portsmouth Boating Center. Close to downtown, ER ferry, Commodore Theatre, and Harbor Center Pavilion. Centrally located in Hampton Roads. Mile from midtown and downtown tunnel. Military and business travelers welcome!

Guests have private access. The loft apartment is located above the unattached garage and has a backyard entrance from parking area. Private sitting area is available to guests on the water - offers a fabulous sunset. The main house and deck are rented to a very nice couple with a friendly dog. Please respect their privacy and keep gates closed.

Limited cooking facilities. We offer small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot water pot, and coffee maker- no oven/stove.
Important: Virginia can be very hot in the summer! We highly suggest you leave the AC on at all times. Works best set on low (not high). It may feel cool enough to open windows in the am but it will get hot once the sun hits the windows on the water. May want to close curtains. The AC cannot cool the apt down once it gets too hot. Avoid leaving windows open when you leave - we can get heavy rain and wind with no notice!
