Our amazing house is intelligently designed to provide all year round comfort. The house has excellent eco-efficiency – it naturally cools itself in the summer and warms itself in winter. We also have central heating, a log burning stove, air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout.
The house is 400m2 siting within a generous 1.500m2 fenced in plot. There are up to 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 cloak room. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms with double beds & air conditioning; 2 bedrooms with double beds; and 3 single bedrooms.
There is also a separate multimedia room with TV, DVD, and a large DVD collection.
The huge open plan living room/kitchen/dining room is a bright sunny generous area perfect for socialising, singing, or just relaxing! This room benefits from enormous picture windows and beautiful sea views, and sliding glass doors that open onto a large patio. The patio has excellent views overlooking the beach and sea and indoor/outdoor furniture to enjoy lunch outside, sun tanning, reading or relaxing.

It is possible to rent the entire house with 7 bedrooms to sleep 15, or you can rent it with 3 bedrooms to sleep 6. Please enquire if you are interested in the 3 bedroom option.

There is a welcome book in the house with brochures of many of the restaurants, shops and activities near the house. Your local contact (Melissa) speaks English and Spanish (German can also be accomodated if required) and will meet you for check in.
