Our villa has THREE BEDROOMS, a master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom, TV/DVD and Foxtel, two extra bedrooms with twin single beds in each room, sleeping up to six people, with a separate bathroom and laundry including washing machine & dryer and second toilet.
CHILD FRIENDLY
High chair, portable cot, kids table & chairs, games, two TVs & DVD players, Foxtel Kids channels are included also (it's the kids holiday too) plastic plates & cups, enclosed courtyard, block out curtains in all bedrooms.
Don't forget to pack the kids bikes & beach toys or the fishing rods, your only a short 100 meters to the cycle track and beautiful white sands of Middleton Bay.
Quiet no-through road, FULLY ENCLOSED COURTYARD with BBQ and outdoor setting for you to relax in and enjoy.

The villa can accommodate parking for two cars along with additional car/boat/trailer parking in a shared parking area for all villas to use.

Stroll over the sand dunes to the beautiful Middleton Bay or cycle/walk along the cycleway that follows the coast and takes you to the tranquil waters of Emu Point or head west to the gentle waves of Middleton Beach.
We are located in a quite beachside suburb of Albany, you will require a car to enjoy a coffee or dine out but you may also just want to relax and wonder over the dunes to the beautiful sands of Middleton Bay and take a picnic.
