FYI - there is a cave on the property and in very rare cases, someone may stop to ask for access to the cave. This is very rare occurrence.
During Penn State football season I am requesting two night reservations Friday and Saturday, but will consider one night reservations at an adjusted rate. The rest of the year are two night minumum. If you are interested in more than 2 nights and the other nights you want are blocked please ask for the additional time. There are times i will be able to accomadate extra time.Also my rates will be higher during Penn State football games and during other events in the area. Some people think it's not right to raise my prices but all motels, hotels and BNB raise their prices during football season. Some places charge $ 1000.00 a night with a two night minimum reservation. I don't think my prices are too much compared to those.
The calender's that are posted by AIRBNB for 2019 and beyond are not accurate. Inquire for pricing or availability. I was not aware that they have my home posted like that. I usually post availability and pricing for 1 year at a time. If you are interested in any dates starting in January 2019 and beyond you may request them and I will do my best to approve them. The price will be more than the $85.00 they have it listed at. From April through mid December you can expect $ 90 or so, except for special events in the area which the pricing will vary depending on the events. Examples are Penn State graduation, homecoming, football games etc.
I'm sorry for any confusion and misunderstandings this may cause but for the time this is how I need to do my scheduling.

Quick drive to Milheim, Quaint town with Elk Creek Cafe, Green Drake Art Gallery, etc.
My home is also located 10 minutes from Grange Fair grounds.
Less than 10 minutes away from Penns Cave
If you request my home and do not get a reply in 24 hours I am most likely out of service area please wait 1 day and request it again. I go to camp a ,lot and don't have good service there. Thank you for requesting my home.

I like motorcycling,spending time at camp,comedy shows, spending time with family & friends. I like going to the beach,Disney& hunting trips. I love BBQ ribs & fresh cut fries,fresh seafood, good steaks.
