Very quiet neighborhood. No close neighbors. This a new house built Dec 2015. There are two rooms on Airbnb with a shared bathroom on one end of the house and I live on the other end of the house with my own bathroom.
There is a new queen bed 9/2016
My bathroom is available if the guest bathroom is tied up.
Plenty of parking and room to move about outside with good views and wildlife. I have a mushroom farm here, please ask for a tour.
Harrisonburg city limits are 5 minutes from here

This bedroom has a Queen bed and a single bed. Lots of closet space.
There is a shared bathroom with the other room but usually the other room is not booked.
I provide washcloths and towels. This room has it's own heater and its own window AC so you can adjust the temperature to your own liking. I have internet with wifi but it may be too slow for HD movies etc.

Please ask to use the kitchen. There is a refrigerator that guests can use. There is lots of ice in the other refrigerator.
Feel free to use the dining room . I have breakfast cereal plus almond/rice milk for guests. I provide orange juice upon asking.

I am 5 minutes from Harrisonburg and you can find Mr. J's bagels five minutes from here that has an excellent breakfast. Food Lion and other stores are nearby. There are no close neighbors. It's very peaceful here. Lots of restaurants in Harrisonburg. Broadway/Timberville are five minutes north and have restaurants and convenience stores.

Nice wooded area. There are nice views of the mountains here. Lots of restaurants in town. Very peaceful and quiet. Feel free to hike the wooded area or to the stream below the house. Red Tail hawks nest here most summers from March to June. Lots of birds for birdwatching. Very secluded, no neighbors.

I like to travel and have been to Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada and traveled out west. Had a great vacation in London. Be happy to share traveling stories or leave you alone. I work 8-5 on weekdays and I'm usually around here on weekends. I have lots of wildlife photography that I can show you mostly taken here at the house. Say Hi to my cat Ghost Cloud although he is somewhat afraid of strangers. Please ask for a tour of the mushroom farm and the hawks that nest here.
