The studio is located on the first/ground floor of a two story Floridian style house. Direct access to the backyard and the fenced bbq place. This rental unit consists out of a studio with living, dining, and sleeping area (1 king size bed with split mattresses and one queen size folding sofa) as well as an efficiency part. The efficiency part has no sink. You would use the bathroom sink. The bathroom, which is NOT shared with other guests, is not directly attached to the studio, you reach it from the attached screened and secured area in the back of the studio.
You can park your own boat on trailer next to the apartment. There is plenty of parking space and a hose to wash and flush it!

Apart from this cosy and island style living and bed room the studio offers a large open Florida room from where you have access to the bathroom. Nearby you'll find a fenced BBQ area with dining table for six people which you will share with other guests.
Come by boat and rent a wet slip on a daily, weekly or monthly basis at Four Winds Marina. It’s just 8 minutes away by Uber!
Bring your own boat on a trailer. At the house is plenty of parking space - for NO extra charge!
