Excelent connection to the Airport, Central bus Station, Atocha Station, AVE and central areas of Madrid. Only 6 min. to underground (Line 3) also near to Atocha and Méndez Alvaro underground.

The flat is located in a peacefull, safe and well iluminated area of Madrid. The house and the bedroom is very bright and has plenty of sunlight with access to the terrace, has a writing desk, and small wardrobe.Very close to downtown, near to the main Museums: Reina Sofia, Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza, Archeological Museum, Caixa Forum, the Matadero, Retiro Park, Botanic Garden, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Cibeles, Barrio de las Letras, Chueca, to the mentioned places you will be able to walk along some nice streets and without having to use public transports. Apart from that it is very well communicated with different options of public transports: several metro stations, bus and train to the Airport, from Atocha Station you can move by train to any destination, and to the Mendez Alvaro Bus Station to other cities as well. An ideal location to discover Madrid and if you wish to visit Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial, or maybe Córdoba, or Seville in the same day with the AVE. The flat is very close to Atocha Station, situated in a private residencial complex with security, with gardens and swimming pool only during the summer season.

I do speak English, and I have some knowledge of French. As a hostess I do care about the people I have at home so it is very important for me to make you feel happy and like you are in your own house.
- I appreciate very much if people do not use street shoes in the house.
- The room is for just one person, it is not allow visitors in the house
- I appreciate very much common sense and respectfull people.
- Respect my privacy as I will respect yours.
- I do not accept huge luggage or big suitcases.
- There is a big open terrace where you can smoke.
- Please do not forget to return the keys.
- Pls let me know the time of your arrival and departure to improve everything and fix my calendar.
