The beaches and shops are a 5 minute drive down the hill
There are no cameras inside the property
There is a Nest Smoke and Carbon Dioxide Detector in the hallway. It is regularly self checking itself. If there is a detection, the detector will speak out what is the cause at the same time as alerting the property owner.
The motion detector is only a detector for when the villa is not occupied by guests.

3.0 Hours @ 12/hr = 36
Travel Cost of Cleaner = 10
Laundry = 10
Control cost of Local = 20

Hello and Welcome I look forward to hosting you. Although I grew up in Vienna, Austria, I was educated in England. As an independent Accountant, I have worked as a controller of various projects in different parts of the world in different industries. I now only travel as a necessity. My free time has been spent offshore racing (sailing). In 2007, I began renting out this property for short term holiday lets in between the upgrade work, which started to take place in stages.
