The Factory apartment is located only 2 minutes or a 5 to 10 minute walk away from the popular White Beach and 15 minutes to Port Arthur Historic Site, Tasman Island Cruises and Port Arthur Lavender Farm.
It is a great base to explore the Tasman Peninsula, with short walks located around the area such as Cape Raoul, Cape Hauy and the Historic Coal Mines at Salt Water River.
The parking area can accommodate a large boat trailer and being just around the corner from both White Beach and Nubeena boat ramps, it is an ideal weekend fishing destination!

Water tanks are generally kept at a reasonable level but please try to ensure that taps are turned off properly and showers are not long, as we rely upon pure rain water. If the pressure pump, located at the rear of the bathroom is heard running continuously, (except after showering or flushing the loo it will run for a short time to refill) then there is a tap on somewhere.
