Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business.
Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, toast, breads, ect.) are all included with your listing.

The front door is equipped with a smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key.

We are within a 10 minute drive of Sky Harbor International Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU and downtown Tempe. Downtown Phoenix with its restaurant, events and museums is also about 15 or 20 minutes away.
We are very close to several of the Spring Training events fields. We enjoy views of the Papago mountains to the south and Camelback mountain to the North.
We live in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools; most of our neighbors have lived here for decades. Plenty of street parking right in front of our property.

Born and raised in Italy, I have lived in the United States for over 20 years. I work as a Technical Program Manager at Intel. Jayson moved to Phoenix about 20 year ago and is the designer responsible for our contemporary home. He owns a wellness centers focused on skeletal health. My partner Jayson and I are passionate about home sharing and excited to be your Airbnb hosts in our beautiful home. The two of us work as a Host team and are supported by a fantastic housekeeper named Cristina. We welcome interaction during your stay, sharing our experiences and helping you get the most out of your Phoenix stay. If you are here on business or like quiet time we are happy to have you enjoy privacy. We enjoy adventure traveling, cycling, photography, scuba diving, modern architecture and interior design, cooking, fine dining and TV. We typically take a couple of two-week trips overseas every year. South East Asia is a favorite destination and a part of the world we have visited extensively. We use Airbnb as much as possible (or midrange hotels), walk around a lot and explore local experiences.
