One-bedroom apartment in the heart of Saint-Petersburg. A short walking away from the metro Sadovaya /Sennaya/ Spasskaya. The apartment is located in the historical part of St. Petersburg, within walking distance from the Mariinsky Theatre and St. Isaac's Cathedral. All of the windows of the apartment offers stunning views of the Moskovsky prospect, Sennaya Square and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Well-developed infrastructure. At a distance of not more than 100 meters, there are 3 shopping centres with a total area of over 100,000 sq.m., Restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the five-story building. The total area is 50 sq.m. The apartment is equipped with quality furniture and appliances: American double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, sofa (2 beds) with a plasma TV and a Blu-ray player, a dining table and chairs U.S. firm Ashley Furniture. In the kitchen: gas cooker with extractor hood, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All equipment is German brands like Siemens, Bosch. The bathroom and the hallway floor are heating. Mixers and pottery are all Italian brands.
There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including crockery and cutlery, linen, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and high speed wireless internet.
Access to the apartment is equipped with an intercom. There is a public parking and secure underground parking.
If you will need a baby cot or you will have special requests for your accommodation, please, don't hesitate to ask, I will gladly organize that.
