We are located a few feet from public transportation and the thriving "Historic Cherokee St. District", where you will find several restaurants, bars, shopping venues, and night life. We are also located within a mile of several large parks and less than 4 miles from downtown (Arch) and most special events.

There are a lot of art galleries, music venues, coffee houses, restaurants, a small "Little Mexico" section, Cherokee Antique Row, and just a melting pot of cultural diversity.
While the neighborhood can sometimes looks run down, we feel safe walking, parking, and living in any part of it at any time of day. Crime is dropping and real estate prices are steadily increasing. We feel this is a very nice and fun place to visit and live.
