A lovingly renovated, two bedroom, street front villa with polished timber floors and 70m² of living space in a quiet, small group of four.

The villa provides a king size bed to the master, a double bed to the second bedroom and a pull-out double sofa in the living room.
Brand new, reverse cycle air-conditioners and ceiling fans will keep you cool during the summer and warm during the winter. All doors and windows have security screens. There is a carport and on-site parking with a rear courtyard.
There is unlimited WiFi and a 65 inch TV with Foxtel included.
The villa is ideal for 4 people but can sleep up to 6 people, if the sofa bed is used. Our pricing per night is for 4 people. Guests 5 and 6 will attract an additional $20 per head.

If you want to check in after 8 pm, we will leave the key in a secure lock-box and you can let yourself in.
We request that noise is kept to a minimum after 10-30 pm, as a courtesy to the neighbours.
NO SMOKING INSIDE - Outside is permitted. There is an ash tray supplied on the front porch table.
ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS & NO PARTIES - YOU WILL BE EVICTED IMMEDIATELY.
