Stay in the large all new fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in downtown Oneonta. It is an extremely quiet upstairs apartment. Private parking and private entrance from the back of the house.

You are walking distance to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. All Star Village is 2 miles away which makes it so convenient during rain delays. Flat screen 55" wall mounted TV with wifi. The apartment is fully furnished with blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. just unpack your suitcase. Private entrance is in the back of the house. The downstairs is an all new 2 bedroom apartment.

AC was cool and effective, beds comfortable, and kitchen workable for our needs. Dave responds quickly and management comes quickly if there are any issues. I will definitely seek out Dave’s places again if looking for another quiet weekend."
