A Lovley modern villa on Norway´s beautiful and popular west coast. The villa is located in a exclusive resedential area. The area is quiet but still close to the urban city center and the Moa region with one of Norways biggest shopping centers. A perfect base to explore the Sunnmøre region.
Ålesund is known for its beauty and has hordes of cruise ships tourists year around. The city is surrounded by mountains and fjords and are close to Geiranger. (UNESCO`s world heritage list.)
The villa has been totally refurbished in 2016, so its comfortable and modern. 1 master bedroom and 3 smaller bedrooms 2 livingrooms , lounge, fireplace, terrace.
A fully equiped kitchen with a open solution with the living room. awsome for long chatty meals or late nights over a glass of wine. Fiber optic gives the fastest WiFi available, big Flatscreen TV in living room.
A big garden and a sunbathing/barbecue area with a great view of the amazing scenery.
2 steps outside the veranda you find the connecting paths to the neighboring medieval museum and recreational area 15 mins and the beach 5 mins .
It is a bus stop 150m from the house, linking you close to all bus connection.

Quiet and children friendly neighbourhood. The Hatlane area is right between Ålesund city centre and the Moa shopping mall (the 3rd largest mall in Norway)
By car or bus it's 4kilometres to Ålesund city centre and 5 kilometres to Moa shopping mall.
The Villa is in a typical Norwegian residential area. Our road is small and private, with mostly villas in the area.
The Villa i close the sea. It is also close to great hiking areas such as the small mountain Høgenakken (100 metres high with an amazing view of the city of Ålesund). It is also very close to the forest called Hatlaåsen which is great to explore for both adults and children.
The area has an elementary school with a big playground. And there are 3 supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance.
About 1 kilometre from the villa is the famous Open Air Museum, Borgund gavla where you can see viking ships and a whole village of old houses from hundreds of years ago.
In the same area you can also see the beautiful Borgund Church, the Medieval Museum and a very nice little animal farm where you meet chickens, rabbits, horses, donkeys, pigs and different birds. (called Borgund Dyreklubb, free entry)
