Studio with the beach few steps away for a relaxing holiday in the sun. With a bus stop less than 5 min. away it is also a central point for excursions to popular destinations such as Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar, Morocco ect.

The studio consists in a living room with double pull out sofa bed, ceiling fan, air condition, heater, television, free Wi-Fi. The balcony has view to the sea, mountains and the unique Benalmadena Marina.
Kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with a small freezer compartment and cooking equipment and utensils for own cooking
The bath room has a modern hydromassage shower. Washing maschine (washing powder and fabric softener provided).
There is hair dryer, iron board and iron as well as a little cooler bag for beach/excursion use.
The reception of the property is open around the clock.
Special price for monthly rental :
Monthly rentals have a discount all year round ( shows up when entering the dates of stay). Lowest prices from October to May (Aprox. 400 €/ month).

The immediate vicinity of the beach make beach holidays easy for those who just wants to relax and enjoy the sun, and the beach promenade with numerous restaurants is just outside the door. There is 5 min. walk to banks, supermarkets and other shops and only 1 min. walk to the marina with restaurants for all tastes, bars, discos, shops, sea aquarium and possibility for boat excursions, dolphin spotting trips and Chinese Junk boat trips. The neighborhood also offers tennis, golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, ice skating ect. The amusement park "Tivoli" and the cable car up to the Calamorro mountain is 20 min. walk away ( it´s also possible to get there by bus).
The nearby village Arroyo de la Miel has a large selection of restaurants for every budget and a lot of tapas bars.

Other languages: some Italian and very little French. I love to travel and meet people all over the World. Every country has something special to offer and I´ve got new friends in many places travelig around (mostly by my own). Living in a tourist destination like Costa del Sol and being an Airbnb host also gives me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. My guests are coming for different reasons: some to relax at the beach, some to explore Andalucia, some to try out the Spanish gastronomy or to enjoy either the "Semana Santa" ( Easter Week) or the "Feria de Malaga" (Malaga Fair in August).
