Shared use of the pool with family (between November and March)

The unit/apartment is totally yours with it's own separate entrance and outdoor seating overlooking the pool. There is parking for one car on the driveway and other off road parking available.

The only things you should need to bring/purchase are your own personal groceries/toiletries etc. The apartment is fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer, oven and cooktop, microwave and washing machine. There is a hairdryer onsite for your use also. Please note however the bathroom is entered via the master bedroom so the apartment is probably more suitable for families than just friends travelling together.

We live in a residential suburb surrounded by families. The beach and a lovely beach walk is a few minutes drive away. There are several supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a cafe strip and several fast food and other eating places. Larger shopping centres are within about 7 minutes drive and the train station to Perth is approx 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.

The apartment is an annex to our home so although it is extremely private and not accessible to our family while you are staying, we are only a knock on the door away for company or information!
