The house sits at the foot of the South Downs making it perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside on the doorstep. The famous Eastbourne seafront is a mere 10 minute walk away and the house is 5 minutes from Meads Street, a lovely row of village shops where you can find convenience stores, cafes and two lovely pubs with fantastic menus.
If visiting the local university or private schools, these are all within walking distance. The house is situated in the same road as the University of Brighton's Hillbrow and Welkin campuses and a 2 minute walk from the Darley Road campus.
