La Latina is a neighborhood in the centre of Madrid that occupies the oldest part of town and therefore is close by many interesting and historic sites such as Plaza Mayor (5 min walking), Puerta del sol (7 min walking), El rastro (Famous sunday market), Royal Palace, etc.... The squares are spacious and the streets are narrow and full of ancient buildings, tapas restaurants and local shops.

Hello travelers around the world! I am on a mission to make everybody fall in love with Madrid. So what better way to do it than becoming an Airbnb host? I was born here but I am a world citizen - I have lived in the States, Taiwan, Australia, Holland and Brazil - And regardless of all the places I have been to I keep feeling that Spain and specially Madrid is a very special place. Madrid cannot be explored like a check-list of museums, parks or historic sites to visit. Madrid is a lifestyle and therefore it has to be experienced like a local. So even though I will not be sharing the house with guests please feel free to ask for any advice you may need. **I am currently not living in Madrid so my mom will be taking care of the apartment** :) Much Love
