I am Dil Spakota running a trekking/tour/travel agency in kathmandu and have 4 stories house located in Paknajol, kathmandu, I am renting private rooms/flats to short and long term staying foreigners mostly. We have private rooms, private bath rooms, hot/cold water 24 hours at bath rooms, power back, NOW WE HAVE WOOD PARQUETED FLOORS IN EVERY ROOMS ! There is free WIFI, small garden around the house and great roof top garden tables over views to Queen forest, Monkey temple, White Himalaya and the Kathmandu city as our house located higher than the kathmandu city. There are cafe, restaurants, supper markets and transportation to any part of the city. You can walk to Thamel ( Tourist Hub) 10 minutes from our house. Further information, you may contact us:
