One of the only newer larger houses at Wintergreen that has a stunning year round mountain view! Almost all of the other houses available to rent at the resort are dark and have a view of the woods. If other properties you are considering renting at Wintergreen do not have a picture of the view, it is because it does not have one.

Since we are members of the resort, our guests will have access to all Wintergreen Resort amenities: Devils Knob Golf Course, The Aquatics Center, Lake Monacan, Devils Grille Restaurant are just a few of the exclusive amenities that require a guest pass.

Wintergreen is truly a year round resort. We love to ski in the winter. There are 50 or more tremendous family fun hikes very close to the house once ski season is over. As members we have access to six different pools, spa, gym. Kids will love Lake Monacan in the summer. World class golf, tennis, zip lines, tubing, fishing, horseback riding, great restaurants, breweries, wineries.....

Our house has a fantastic view of the mountains and ski slopes. It is also very quiet and peaceful all year. Wintergreen is an awesome year round resort. We are very close to the slopes, fantastic hikes, and all of the fun things to do at Wintergreen.
It is a perfect house for families. There is a comfortable family room with 17 ft ceiling, 45" plasma and sectional couch on the main level, along with kitchen, dining area, powder room, laundry room, and Queen bedroom with full bath. Upstairs has two King master suites with full baths. Downstairs is a den with sectional couch, 42" plasma, foosball, bunk room for the kids, another King bedroom and a full bath. Perfect for one to three families!

We have a full time caretaker that our guests can call 24/7 if they have any problem with the house or need anything. The house will be professionally cleaned with clean sheets when you arrive.
