Zip Cars live here, LYFT built their Boston operation from our downstairs Coworking space. We reimagined smaller living spacers from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you turn off the lights. The result is an intuitive experience where you lack for nothing. Our microlofts demonstrate that you can live in a smaller space without giving up a full Kitchen, full bathroom or even a queen size bed.

Leslie and I are “all in” on the sharing economy: we build microlofts over coworking spaces (Commoncove) ; have zip cars in the parking lot; have had Lyft as a tenant in our coworking space; and share both our microlofts and until we recently sold it , our home, with like minded folks through Airbnb. Since selling our home we are now testing the limits of what it means to be “locationally independent”. We value travel and experiences and are constantly working to reduce the number of things we own. Technology allows us to live and work from anywhere and we look forward to experiencing more that the world has to offer because of it.

As much or little as guests choose. Each guest has their own apartment with access to common amenities including our first floor Coworking space which we work out of.
