Hello we are Stefano and Monia, we are happy to welcome you in our beautiful cottage in Montepulciano. Situated in the frame hill in the Val d'Orcia, famous for its spa and thermal pools, a few kilometers from Montepulciano, Pienza and Siena. The apartment is ideal for couples or friends. Free parking and free Wi-Fi See you there!

The apartment has been created for a relaxing holiday. The romantic apartment has a large and comfortable living room with wall in visible stones, a fully equipped kitchen with indigo colours where on arrival you will find a rich tasting of Tuscan products. From the window-doorm you will have access to the gorgeous garden perfect to enjoy the colours of the countryside and the sunset with a glass of Tuscan wine. Upstairs the bedroom, decorated in warm shades of green to balance rest and a warm bath and treated in detail. The apartment is equipped with wi-fi and air conditioning. From the pool you can enjoy a 360 degree panorama of the Valdichiana with Cortona and Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment is located in the center of the farm Le Balze Rosse. You are welcome to wander freely around the 10 hectares that make it up, with the opportunity to meet, pheasants, hares and deer. Montepulciano and Chianciano Terme are easy reacheable by car in 5 minutes. In the farm you will meet our beautiful horses and walk in the olive grove and taste our delicious olive oil home made.

Ciao a tutti! il mio nome è Stefano e sono padre di 3 splendide figlie. Ho iniziato ad affittare ai turisti per far conoscere loro la vera Toscana! Penso che conoscere persone nuove faccia bene a noi stessi e confrontarsi è l'unico modo per continuare ad imparare.
