No cleaning fee from us! 2019 renovated bath! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer 2019 weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!) NO CLEANING FEE = Very Rare!

The right side of our home is the apartment. The suite has a private entrance and consists of /One Queen bedroom/ One Living Room/ One bathroom & a meal prep area with a mini wash sink, fridge, microwave, and hot water boiler. Grille and rice cooker available!
There are Two Twin-Beds set up in the living room that double as seating for gatherings. The home is very long.

Full kitchen - Unfortunately, we are not sharing our kitchen at this time. If this is a deal breaker for you, ask away and we may be able to accommodate. Grille is available - Upon advance request! Rice cooker, microwave and hot water boiler too. In our experience, most travelers opt to eat out anyway!

- Aquidneck Growers Market Saturdays, located at the Newport Vineyards, 8:30am- 12:30p, within walking distance (field ready boots NEEDED! Indoors in winter, Outdoors in spring/summer/fall)
- Brix & Newport Winery walking distance (with field ready boots again)
- Back road access to 2nd (Sachuest) & 3rd beach (Newport's best beaches are actually in Middletown! Too much seaweed at 1st (Easton's)!
- Howland Park for Kids right down the street!
