The apartment is the ground floor of our split level Home. We live in the middle portion. Our apartment is a short walk to the ocean. The Public golf course is in our backyard. Free wi-fi, and Direct tv. Our restaurant Argyles, is walking distance. Full kitchen. Covered patio with seating area and gas grill. Picnic table, New bathroom with spa shower, kitchen fully equipped, beds, flooring, private entrance.

Kitchen has new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, Kuerig coffee maker. Toaster oven, microwave, tea pot.
Cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels.
Bathroom new shower with spa shower head and jets with mirror and bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. And washing puffs .Vanity with large mirror and plenty of outlets.
Complimentary toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, sheets 2 sets.

Our Neighborhood is unique on the Outer banks as it it a year round community. Our neighbors are a very friendly group. Always willing to help if needed.

I am an avid gardener, although most of my flowers are at my restaurant Argyles which is a few minutes walk from the house. I also love to paint. I am a chef at our restaurant which we have had for over 30 years, and I also am a pastry chef which I have been doing for 40 years. I like boating although with the restaurant we do not get to indulge it too often. We love people. Meeting new people from across the country is a great pleasure. We also love animals and enjoy our Havanese pups.

We are usually available during the mornings and before dinner. We own a restaurant so we spend a lot of time there but guests can always find us there
