全新！我們剛剛在2016年2月完成此房源的建築。明亮寬敞。車庫後面有樓梯可進入綠門。裡面有一個漂亮的入口，有掛勾，可以掛上沙灘毛巾或外套。走進客廳，客廳配有大窗戶和舒適的沙發。（舒適的睡覺，但我們還有一個兒童遊戲牀，以及一張輕鬆在夜間可輕鬆進入空間的1.8公尺寬雙人牀）欣賞樹林的景觀或跳上電視放鬆身心。客廳外有一個有遮蔽的門廊，可享用美食、玩遊戲或聊天！後面有一個美妙的小廚房，配有全尺寸冰箱和洗碗機！我們有一個全尺寸對流烤箱，適合整隻雞、冷凍披薩、烘焙碗碟等。我們還有一個雙爐竈和一個額外的電磁爐。所有全新的電器，如果您願意，可以輕鬆在家烹飪所有餐點。廚房外是臥室，配有1.8公尺寬雙人牀、梳妝臺和衣櫃。牀很堅固，非常舒適。穿過臥室是浴室，配有瓷磚浴缸/淋浴組合和時髦的玻璃葉水槽。

We are a family of four. We love being outside and especially in the water. (surf, paddle board, snorkel...) Sam grew up right here in Duck, Brittany in Cincinnati, and the kids of course are being raised on the Outer Banks. Before kids we really saw a lot of the world and we are already getting our kids out there to see it too! Together, one of our favorite places on earth is Australia. Other favorites within the family include Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica and New Zealand. Most recently we have frequented Puerto Rico for family vacations. We live at the beach and we mostly travel to the beach! We also prefer air travel to car travel but we're getting better at road tripping. Away from the water, we love good food, drinks and desserts, science and art.
All four of us are your hosts when you stay with us. If you have any questions about what to do while you're in town, or need a recommendation for a bite to eat, we are eager to chat! But...if you have it all dialed in - no pressure to hang with us! Through all of our travel experiences we have learned that good hosts make a good trip. We appreciate honesty and we can't wait to do whatever we can to make this your best trip. Chances are we have exactly what you need or a way to get it for you fast. In other words: We are serious about fun!
