A cozy room great for 1-3 travelers. Room has own private bathroom with hot shower, A/C, satellite TV, and fast fiber internet (up to 50mbps). Our place is a family-run hostel with our cafe and restaurant - Abaseria Deli and Cafe, located downstairs. Expect relaxation, comfort, and warm hospitality at our place. :)
We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood about 15min away by taxi to the major malls in Cebu City -SM City, Ayala Mall, Parkmall, IT Park.

A room at the 2nd floor of Abaseria Deli & Cafe. Located in semi-commercial neighborhood - quiet, safe, and accessible. Abaseria Room B is a nice cozy room with hot shower, cable TV, and fast fiber internet. It comes with 1 queen size bed but an additional foldout bed (max of 1) is available if needed.
This room is good for 2 pax.
Additional guest will be charged Php350 or if changed in airbnb, will be charged accordingly by airbnb.
The airy and cool common area is available to all guests and can be a place to have meals or used as a laptop work space.
Good food and selection of drinks is readily available from the Deli & Cafe (during shop hours) or at the many nearby restaurants and cafes.
I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
Here are a few highlights:
I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

-FAST INTERNET! Business fiber Internet with speeds of up to 50Mbps
-Self check-in and check-out. We do not have a reception area but our staff in the Cafe will assist you to check-in if coming in at shop hours (9am-9pm Mon-Sat, 11am-7pm Sun) or the guard will assist you to check-in if arriving very early or very late.
- Curfew is 11 pm - 6 am, all guests must be inside.
