This 1 BR/1BA condo is located in a tranquil, tree-lined gated community, close to Highway 580. It is conveniently located close to downtown Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco and beyond. *Minimum stay: 30 nights*

This 1 BR/1 BA condo, in a gated community, is 815 square feet and is fully furnished, with full access to the swimming pool, hot tub, gated playground area/play structure for kids, tennis court, and workout facility. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire serene, private unit. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo as well as a cozy fireplace. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet.
There are two flat screen TVs – one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Both have Cable TV.
The fully-equipped kitchen has all major appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven and coffee maker.
There is a lovely patio where you can start your day with a cup of coffee and relax.
