The Cottage is just north of Civic Center; easy access to/from I90. Private access from alley, may accommodate more than 1 vehicle or trailer. Peaceful neighborhood; close to Black Hills tourist sites; convenient to historic downtown Rapid City. We are only 2 blocks from Rapid City's newest water park (completed in 2016). Minimum 30 night stay. There is an extra $200 per person a month for more than 2 people. Please, no food or drinks in bedrooms.

BBQ grill available upon request. A porta crib is available if needed. There is also a $400.00 damage/cleaning deposit on monthly stays, which is refundable upon exit inspection with no issues. No food or drink in bedrooms please.
