400 sf bedroom with approx 400 sf deck! You can see TEXAS from this deck!!! TV, DVD, Small refrigerator, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster oven and sandwich maker. You may bring hot plate, George Foreman type Grill. Electric and/or charcoal grill on deck. Mattress is pillow top. There is a memory foam mattress cover which can be removed if you prefer.
Spacious walk in shower! Large walk in closet!
