Grundarfjörður、West、冰島
Grundarfjordur is a lovely little town with all kind of nice things to do and see. For example in town there are boat trips available. There are a few nice restaurants. A swimming pool in the summer time. Also there are many beautiful places around town like Kirjufell, Kirkjufellsfoss, Grundarfoss and many others.
Grundafjordur is located in Snaefellsnes. It takes about 3-4 hours to drive around Snaefellsnes and on that route you can see so many awesome things like lava, glacier, mountains, waterfalls, caves, beaches, shark museum, al kind of birds and other animals. Also especially in the wintertime we get the northern lights and sometimes whales that come in to the fjord.

Hi my name is Gréta. Me and my husband Lárus love to welcome guests to stay at our apartments. We have four kids and 3 grandchildren. Lárus is a fisherman and works on sea most of the winter. I take care of the apartments and the family. My absolute favorite thing to do is go horseback riding. I love animals and I have five horses and one sheep that I get to keep at my sisters farm just out side of town. I also have two dogs and one cat. My other hobbies are doing crafts and knitting. I like making the Icelandic lopapeysa (wool sweater) and since I've knitted one or more lopapeysa for most of my family I've started to sell them to support my knitting habits. You can see some of what I have made on our (Hidden by Airbnb) page under Lárperla and if you would like to buy something I usually have some ready.
