Spacious, self contained 2 bedroom house with two secure outdoor garden/dining areas, full size kitchen and open dining and living area. All linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials provided.
It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.

The house has timber floors throughout, good beds and bedding and there are plenty of towels for the beach. There are summer and winter weight doonas, extra blankets and heating and cooling (A/C and ceiling fans). There is a TV and DVD player but no wifi.
It is child friendly with a portacot, high chair, bath, toys, books and games and secure outdoor areas.
It is pet/dog friendly with bowls, spare lead, food, some old throws and a big floor cushion and two secure outdoor areas.

As a guest you have access to the whole house, garden areas and you can park in the lock up garage. There is nothing off limits.
There are basic provisions you are welcome to use, including tea, coffee, breakfast cereal, oils, mustard etc.

The house is within easy walking distance to Ocean beach (9min 750m), cafes and shops on Hitchcock Avenue (5min 500m), the sand, swimming and play areas along the Barwon river (8min 650m) and the golf course.
It is directly across Golf Links Road from the primary school which encourages out of hours public use (playgrounds, oval, community library) but parking on the street in front of the house is restricted at school drop off/pickup times and you may hear the music and announcements during school hours.
It is on the main road into town.
