A beautiful retreat in the quiet area of Montenegro, away from all the fuss and crowds, a place where rocky hills and mountains join the sea. This is Boka Bay.
A 100 steps away from the coast is the property with two houses, a pool, a spacious yard and a playground. Relax on the porch with a stunning view of UNESCO heritage town of Perast and the surrounding mountains.
The house is equipped with a kitchen and all the amenities you could need. Table tennis and a pool table are also included.

Both houses are orientated towards the bay and the town of Perast which lies across the teal-blue sea. The open space of the courtyard expands through the compound in a cascade manner, and the plants such as palm trees and herbs create a wonderful private oasis.
The space inside the main house is created so that it provides the ease of circulation. The so called "day" zones such as the living room, kitchen and the dining room are essentially joined in one interconnected space on the ground floor.
The upper floor of the main house is equipped with four bedrooms. Two of them have small terraces overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The other two are small bedrooms, mostly intended for children who usually spend most of their day around the pool or at the playground.
The ground floor of the second house is equipped with a billiard room and its own separate toilet. A large LED TV is also perfect for late night movies with friends or family.
The upper floor of the second house has two spacious bedrooms with their own connected bathrooms, one of them equipped with a hot tub. Both bedroom have their own AC devices and those are the most comfortable at the compound.
