The house has two other rooms so if the other room is booked you will be sharing the house with one or three other Airbnb guests., we live down stairs. We provide basic breakfast items as well as tea, coffee, milk. the use of bicycles, internet, & washing machine throughout your stay. Parking is on the street in front of the palm tree at the front of the house. If you need a relaxing massage I can help with that :) We hope you feel welcome and wish you a magic stay at the house.

We would like to welcome you & encourage you to make yourself at home. The house is highest and spacious, your bed room is small but clean & cosy, air conditioned with fresh clean linen. If you are here for a longer stay you’re sheets and room is serviced weekly. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with a few condiments Oil, salt, spices, ect) for you to use, We supply basic breakfast items milk, tea & coffee, throughout your stay. There is two lounge areas one is inside the other is on the veranda ( a good one to use if you enjoy smoking) you can sit down watch a movie or play some tunes, read a novel from the book shelf, play the guitar, have a game of pool, or cards stretch or meditate. There are bikes available for you to use if you feel up to a ride on one of the bike paths around the city or to the botanical gardens or centenary lakes, or if you want to relax and enjoy a massage I can arrange that.

We live in Westcourt a small superb just 10 minuets drive from the city centre. Westcourt is not the most beautiful superb but it is very central and easy to get around . The neighbourhood is multicultural and our neighbors are very nice people. We are close to a park, Sports world gym and the Tafe, and just a short 15 minuets walk to DFO shopping centre, Cazalys club and the Bowls Club. DFO offers a supermarket, cemest newsagent, post office world gym, as well as clothes & shoe shops ,hair dresser, massage, the coffee club and other cafes . The bus stops very close to our house 10 minutes walk, if you want to go in to town or out to the beach.
Cazaly's club is just a short stroll down the road. We also provide bicycles for you to use. A bike ride in to the City centre is about 20 -25 minutes.

We are friendly honest and down to earth we have both been in Cairns for over thirty years. Darren enjoys football, motor sports & movies, I love Dancing, yoga and books. We both enjoy music, live theater, bush walks and Kayaking. We live down stairs and are around most times, so please feel free to pop down anytime for a chat. Sometimes through out the day we may not be available to speak face to face but we can always be reached by phone or through Airbnb, If you prefer privacy we respect that also.
